AdminJenna recently completed her Bachelor of Arts at MacEwan University, studying psychology alongside marketing and political science coursework. She’s passionate about understanding people and supporting others through strong communication, mentorship, and advocacy.
Outside of school, Jenna has volunteered with organizations such as Kids Help Phone, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Antarctic Institute of Canada, contributing to youth mentorship, outreach, and mental health initiatives. She’s driven by meaningful work and hopes to build a long-term career centred on helping people, whether that leads her toward psychology, counselling, or potentially law.
At Neighbourhood Heroes, Jenna continues developing her skills in customer communication, organization, teamwork, and operations in a fast-paced environment. Outside of work, she loves staying active and outdoors, golfing, skiing, hiking, running, and exploring new places. She’s also a big animal person, especially when it comes to her (very spoiled) cat who runs the household.
