As a co-owner of Neighbourhood Heroes, Cole Maimann combines a strategic mindset with a rigorous background in Operations Management. A graduate of the University of Alberta School of Business, he specializes in applying statistical analysis and predictive modelling to the complex logistics of local service. Cole excels at forecasting demand and optimizing schedules that keep the company running smoothly.

Throughout the years, Cole has emphasized the importance of data driven decision making and efficient operations. Creating programs, predictive models that help Neighbourhood Heroes predict weather conditions, recognize scheduling conflicts and automate repetitive tasks.

Cole’s mission is to leverage all the benefits of modern technology, while not replacing the essentials of a service like real assistants that answer the phone within a couple rings, not robots that fail to understand simple requests. He recognizes that new technologies are not always the cure-all for our problems and that success is primarily built from integrity and honesty.
