Neighbourhood Heroes has worked hard to create proprietary software for managing your visit to avoid conflicts between services, keep you in the loop and optimize your visits based on the weather. Our service has no fluff, we give you what your lawn needs, nothing more nothing less. We do this with a excellent support from live chat to access to speak with the technicians who are visiting your home, we take support to the next level. Our investment in technology allows us to provide a higher quality experience for you from scheduling to quieter equipment on the lawns, we are innovating what this industry can be.

In the summer, we have two kinds of season long packages, weed control + fertilization and a comprehensive Lawnmowing and Weed control + Fertilization subscription package. In the Winter we have two more season long packages, the basic snow removal and extra areas included. After you've chosen and purchased the service you like, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your package, a what-to-expect email, and subsequent emails with visit info before each of the visits and a notification immediately after the visit. You can signup for our subscriptions anytime and you won't be charged until the season starts, it will be automatically cancelled at the end of the season and we DO NOT auto renew you without your permission.

We will leave a service summary on your door or with you at the end of every visit which contains information about which hero visited your home, what services were provided and when they were completed. We care about you and your lawn throughout the entire season - we know that attention to detail is essential when it comes to your backyard.
