Job Responsibilities
- Operate riding and push mowers to maintain residential and commercial lawns
- Perform edging, trimming, and basic equipment maintenance
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers safely and in compliance with Alberta regulations
- Use backpack and vehicle-mounted sprayers with accuracy and care
- Complete power edging and remove excess soil as needed
- Perform lawn aerations and overseedings for front and backyards
- Switch between services based on seasonal demand
- Maintain clean, safe work habits with proper PPE
- Drive company trucks responsibly, keeping acceleration under 2000 RPM
- Provide friendly customer service and collect Google reviews when possible
- Report any issues, rescheduling needs, or unserviceable properties to administration
What We’re Looking For
- 3-year driving abstract + 3 years of insured driving experience
- Physically capable of operating equipment such as aerators
- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
- Good communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Reliable, safe, and attentive to detail
- Able to follow safety and environmental guidelines
